The vacuum pumps create a vacuum in the tank, filling it with fish for further processing.

The vacuum pumps and the associated piping system facilitate the suction and transport offish from the RSW tanks to the vacuum tanks. The pump system is equipped with dry-running protection and includes several valves to control the flow direction, allowing for effective management of both suction and discharge within the piping system.

The design of the vacuum pumps is entirely made of stainless steel and complies with current safety requirements. The vacuum pump system is operated through the Afak operating system.
