The Fish Grading Machine is designed to sort fresh fish into different sizes. Fish are fed into the machine via a feeding conveyor and chute. The grading bed consists of rotating rollers with adjustable gaps between them. The inlet side of the grading bed is narrower, while the outfeed side is wider. Because the gaps between the rollers are tapered, smaller or thinner fish will fall through sooner than thicker fish.

The Fish Grading Machine is entirely stainless steel and complies with current safety requirements to ensure maximum safety. Its control is managed through a control panel mounted on the machine, which allows for various adjustments.
