The Sorting Conveyor is designed to transport fish along different tracks over the belt to specified output stations.
The conveyor belt is mounted in a stainless steel frame and powered by an electric motor. Various tracks, chutes, and openings in the frame direct the fish to their designated station for further processing. There is space for three people on either side of the conveyor belt, allowing for visual inspections and manual post-sorting.
The Sorting Conveyor is entirely made of stainless steel and complies with current safety standards. It is controlled by Afak's operating system.
The Sorting Conveyor can be customized for any height and features manual or pneumatic doors, chutes, and tracks to facilitate the desired flow of fish.
