The Square Conveyor B1 is designed to transport frozen fish blocks or cardboard boxes while turning them 90°.

Products are transported using several parallel conveyor belt tracks. When an electrical photo sensor detects a block or box, the rollers start to turn. At the same time, a cylinder lowers the belts. As the block or box is placed onto the rollers, it is moved sideways, making a 90° turn onto another conveyor.

The Square Conveyor B1 is constructed from stainless steel and adheres to the latest safety requirements for optimal safety.

The Square Conveyor B1 is controlled through Afak's operating system. The machine's height can be adjusted from 900 to 1000 mm on both the input and output sides. Other height options are available.
