Description

The Vertical Block Lift-UP is designed to transport blocks or boxes to the upper levels of a fishing vessel or processing plant.

Blocks are fed into the Vertical Block Lift via a conveyor belt at the bottom. Once in position, they are picked up by two stainless steel flights and transported upward in small steps. When a block reaches the upper level, it is pushed out by a pusher device.

The Vertical Block Lift is constructed from AISI materials and complies with current safety requirements. It is controlled by a PLC housed in a stainless steel cabinet with an HMI display.

The height of the Vertical Block Lift can be customized according to customer specifications.
