The Square Conveyor B2 is designed to transport and rotate two frozen fish blocks or carton boxes simultaneously.

First, the boxes or blocks roll onto the rectangular infeed section of the machine. A conveyor belt then lifts the blocks and transports them to the outfeed section of the frame. Once the first block activates the sensor, the belt descends again. At this point, the first block is on the short rollers, while the second block is positioned on the buffer plate. The rollers transport the first block onto the following conveyor at a 90-degree angle, while the belt rises again to pick up the second block, repeating the process.

The Square Conveyor B2 is made of stainless steel and designed to meet current safety requirements.

The machine is controlled via a panel mounted on the Packaging Machine. The height of the machine can be adjusted from 635 mm to 655 mm on the input side and from 510 mm to 530 mm on the output side. Custom sizes are available upon request.
