The DV-15 Block Packing Machine is designed to automatically pack frozen blocks into carton boxes. The machine automatically erects, positions, and folds carton plano-boxes. Once the carton box is folded, the machine pushes the frozen blocks into the box and transports them for further processing.

The Block Packing Machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel and is designed with safety in mind, adhering to current safety regulations. It includes a control box equipped with an HMI panel for easy operation.

The machine's height is adjustable, measuring between 770 and 870 mm on the input side and 900 to 1000 mm on the output side.
