The DV-2B-10 Block packing machine is designed to stack two frozen blocks and pack them together into a master carton. The machine automatically positions and folds the carton boxes. Once a carton box is folded, the machine pushes the frozen blocks into the master carton and transports it to an AFAK strapping line.

The Block packing machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel and meets current safety requirements. It includes a control box equipped with an HMI panel for easy operation.

The machine's height can be adjusted from 770 to 870 mm on the input side and from 900 to 1000 mm on the output side.
