The Afak SL-15-3 Strapping Line securely closes carton boxes using three straps to ensure extra reliable packing.

When a cardboard box enters the Strapping Line Machine, a sensor detects its presence, causing the conveyor belt to stop. Two pneumatic cylinders then push and hold the box in position. The first strap is applied around the box. The cardboard box is then moved further into the machine to apply the second and third straps.

The Strapping Line is constructed entirely from stainless steel and is designed to meet current safety requirements.

Machine control is managed via a control panel mounted on the Block-Packaging Machine. The machine height can be adjusted between 900 mm and 1000 mm on both the input and output sides.
