Grolleman is a key player in processing various types of offal, which are frozen and packaged for future consumption. They aimed to enhance their production efficiency and find the proper packaging for their products. Supply system for freezing lines
We designed, manufactured, and installed a new supply system for Grolleman. The meat is now transported to the freezing lines, where it is weighed before being pressed into freezer compartments. With all packages having consistent weights, the sales process is now better managed, allowing for more efficient loading of pallets and trucks. Furthermore, the new hygienically designed structures have improved the overall hygiene of the processing line.
Efficient Installation
The system's main structure was built separately from the production facility before installation. This method allowed for a rapid construction process and significantly minimized installation time. As a result, production was able to resume quickly, keeping costs manageable.
